In the event where a buyer is entitled to a refund according to our policies, and the seller fails to initiate the refund process, Weezkraft is committed to ensuring the buyer’s satisfaction. We will promptly provide the buyer with the full cost of the payment. Furthermore, the seller’s account will be subject to closure, and they will not be able to claim any earnings from the site.
